基本特性


四表一卡管理系统:一块单相电表,一块热量表,一块燃气表,一块冷水表四种表的一卡通管理系统。用户持一张用户卡就可以购买电量、热量、燃气和冷水,并分别为这四种预付费表充值,方便实用。

六表一卡管理系统:一块单相电表,一块热量表,一块燃气表,一块冷水表,一块热水表,一块中水表六种表的一卡通管理系统。

八表一卡管理系统:两块单相电表,一块热量表,一块燃气表,一块冷水表,一块热水表,一块中水表,一块纯净水表八种表的一卡通管理系统。

水资源智能管理系统(大口径水表管理系统)专供大口径水表用户使用 一个用户安装一套系统需要配备系统卡(一张)和管理卡(一张或多张):系统卡对用户系统进行注册,只在系统安装后使用一次;管理卡加强用户系统权限管理,用户在补购和删除预购记录时需要该卡。系统卡和管理卡采用逻辑加密卡,实行严格加密,保证卡中数据安全可靠。

售点管理系统:可以兼容单、三相两种电表的管理。一个用户安装一套系统需要配备系统卡(一张)和管理卡(一张或多张):系统卡对用户系统进行注册,只在系统安装后使用一次,根据用户系统卡中信息,系统自动决定用户的系统只做单相表管理,还是只做三相表管理,或者同时管理单、三相两种表;管理卡加强用户系统权限管理,用户在补购和删除预购记录时需要该卡。系统卡和管理卡采用逻辑加密卡,实行严格加密,保证卡中数据安全可靠。

热量表管理系统:热量表管理系统V1.0,专供预付费热量表用户使用。采用基本费、热量费两种单价收费的方式收费。采暖部门每年按居住面积向用户收取一次基本费用,再按用户购热量收取热计量费用。

管理系统做到界面美观,操作简便,安全可靠。

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS

Data is transferred by IC card between the management system and meter(s) to realize prepayment function;

Easy installation, friendly user interface, user manual bound in system software;

High density encryption of user card, strict encryption confirmation between meter and user card. It prevents duplication of user card by users;

Transaction record can be tracked and printed in terms of user name, time and area, for check-up of “zero transaction” users in long time period.

System operators are authorized by different levels of access, given different jurisdictions (to prevent fraud).

Transaction record can only be revised or deleted with cryptograghic key (password).

Database is supported periodically for safety in unexpected accidents.


BASIC PROCEDURE FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS

Open an account at vending point.

Initialize user card.

Pre-purchase.

Write transaction data into user card.

SPECIAL FEATURES

“One-card for four-meter” system: a single-phase watt-hour meter, a heat meter, a gas meter and a cold water meter.

“One-card for six-meter” system: a single-phase watt-hour meter, a heat meter, a gas meter, a cold water meter, a hot water meter, and a recycled water meter.

“One-card for eight-meter” system: two single-phase watt-hour meters, a heat meter, a gas meter, a cold water meter, a hot water meter, a recycled water meter and a purified water meter.

Electricity-vending management system: managing one or both of single-phase and three-phase watt-hour meters by the same system, determined by customers with a system card. The system card is also used for system registration. One or several managing cards are provided to enhance jurisdiction management of the system and for card recharging anddeletion of pre-purchase record. Logical encryption of system card and managing card ensures data security of the cards.

Water resource management system (heavy-duty water meter): for water user of large size pipe. To operate the system, one system card and one or several managing card(s) are needed. Functions of the two cards are same as that for Electricity Vending Management System.

Multi-tariff water meter management system: it manages water consumption by quota. Extra consumption above basic quota will be charged with higher step tariffs. Steps and step tariffs are set according to policy of management department, from one up to six steps and tariffs.

Heat meter management system: the system version V1.0 is for customers who installed prepayment heat meters. Heat consumption is charged on basis of basic fee plus consumption charge. Once a year heating management depart will collect a basic fee from each user based on area to be heated (m2). Consumption charge is based on heat volume user pre-purchased and heat tariff.


Total annual heat expenditure of user  =

(Rate of basic fee * area heated)+ (heat tariff * heat volume pre-purchased)
